All relationships have their challenges. We usually begin in the romatic flurry and unless we are clear we can find our self in romantic doldrums. Are you having challenges in your current relationship? Has a relationship ended in an unexpected or painful way? Are You wanting to create an enduring, loving relationship? Have you become aware of re-occurring relationship patterns? Any of these are great starting points to creating change with awareness in your life. You will be supported, based each individual's requirements within your relationship, as well as clarifying the basis upon which your relationship has been created. It's not about a formula or magic results. This approach is based in love, honesty, respect and clarity. You will be supported to explore this and to find your own answers.
What have we actually learnt, regarding how to live in relationships? Most of the time we only find this out when our relationship is in crisis. We need to be able to have clear ownership of what is 'ours' in any relationship, without blame or guilt. This can be very challenging, yet it allows healthy loving relationships. To create this we are required to commit to change. With support this creates a stronger sense of Who we are and how we actually want to relate.
We expect to be able to relate with our family in a loving way. Yet often this is difficult, because of many issues or challenges, that haven't been spoken of to allow resolution. Allowing you and your family to be supported to create loving change, is a very powerful choice. It allows you to break free of the family patterns of relating. This opens you all up, to the abilities of creating a different basis for relating. All of you will be support to create this.
In this setting you are supported to experience where and how you are making your choices. This is perhaps the most challenging and potent aspect of self change. In your personal sessions you are free to talk about your experiences and perceptions of what has been happening, allowing some perspective of the implications of this.
Often it can seem that change is very challenging, unattainable or unenduring. Yet the truth is that change is the constant of life.
Healthy change is possible once we get clear, with what we are actually doing.
